LA 1871 Memorial RFI. The sculptural bridge is composed of 18 lotus-petal shaped structural walls arranged in a way that creates pocket spaces for meditation. Between 4:30-9:30 the integrated LED pattern along the bridge starts to light up resembling the candles.
